I bought this clipper on the 15/07/2025. I really wanted 1 so bad due to the excellent advertising. I have received my clipper however a month after that as i am busy with clients, the clipper just heats up & this is a terrible experience i am putting my clients through. I thought i will wait & check if this will fix itself however since i started cutting with the clipper it’s been heating up & i can’t evens complete 1 cut with only this clipper. Is there something we can do FXDE as I am really disappointed. I have proof of payment with reference number. Not looking for a refund however a replacement clipper that is in well working condition can do. This was really not a great experience with my first purchase from you guys.
