How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, usually within 5 days. A flat R100 delivery fee applies at checkout, and collection from our Northriding warehouse is free.
What is your returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Faulty items qualify even if used. Request a refund with your order number on our refunds page, or message us below.
What warranty do FXDE clippers carry?
Every clipper and trimmer carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payments aren't available right now. You can pay by card (Visa and Mastercard) or Apple Pay at checkout.
