By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We aim for accurate pricing, descriptions and images, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an order affected by one.

Receiving an order confirmation email is not FXDE's acceptance of your order, the contract is only concluded once the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable, with a full refund in that case.

Full payment is required at checkout via one of our accepted payment methods.

Bulk discounts may apply automatically once an order reaches a qualifying quantity. Where a bulk discount applies, it may replace other standard discounts or promotions rather than stacking with them. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Delivery and returns are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns pages, which are incorporated into these terms by reference, along with the 1-year warranty.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) apply and are not limited by these terms. Faulty or defective goods may be returned within the period allowed by the CPA for a repair, replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than a defect may require the product to be unused and in its original condition. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

These terms are governed by South African law. Unresolved disputes can be referred to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) before litigation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
