By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We aim for accurate pricing, descriptions and images, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an order affected by one.

Receiving an order confirmation email is not FXDE's acceptance of your order, the contract is only concluded once the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable, with a full refund in that case.

Full payment is required at checkout via one of our accepted payment methods.

Bulk discounts may apply automatically once an order reaches a qualifying quantity. Where a bulk discount applies, it may replace other standard discounts or promotions rather than stacking with them. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Delivery and returns are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns pages, which are incorporated into these terms by reference, along with the 1-year warranty.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) apply in full and are not limited by these terms.

Because you are buying online, the ECT Act gives you a 7-day cooling-off right: you may cancel and return an unused item within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Separately, the CPA gives you a 6-month implied warranty of quality on goods that turn out to be faulty or defective, under which you may choose a repair, replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, blades and other items sold sealed cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty. Returns for reasons other than a defect require the product to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being accepted.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

All site content, branding and product photography belong to FXDE and may not be reproduced without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. That includes your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods.

Subject to the above, FXDE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the products bought through it, such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Where FXDE is liable, and where the law permits a limit, that liability is limited to the value of the order the claim relates to.

We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by South African law. Unresolved disputes can be referred to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) before litigation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
