We deliver nationwide across South Africa. International delivery is not currently offered, South Africa only.

• Our usual delivery timeline is 5 days from when you place your order.
• Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) are generally faster; outlying areas may take longer.

• A flat R100 delivery fee applies to all delivery orders nationwide, added at checkout.
• Collection is free from D1, Northlands Deco Park, 80 Design Boulevard, NewMarket Road, Northriding, Johannesburg, 2169, South Africa.

We work with trusted South African couriers to get your order to you safely. A tracking number is sent to you by email once your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it from our warehouse to your chair.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can also check order status directly on this site using your order number or the email address used at checkout, see the order-status lookup on the Track page, or ask the chat assistant.

Barber chairs and larger equipment may require special freight handling and a longer delivery window. These are flagged individually on their product pages, the standard 5 day estimate does not apply to them.
