We deliver nationwide across South Africa. International delivery is not currently offered, South Africa only.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Parcels typically arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch, depending on location.
• Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) are generally faster; outlying areas may take longer.

• A flat delivery fee applies to all orders, calculated at checkout.

We work with trusted South African couriers to get your order to you safely. A tracking number is sent to you by email once your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it from our warehouse to your chair.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can also check order status directly on this site using your order number or the email address used at checkout, see the order-status lookup on the Track page, or ask the chat assistant.

Barber chairs and larger equipment may require special freight handling and a longer delivery window. These are flagged individually on their product pages, the standard 2–4 business day estimate does not apply to them.
