Warranty

FXDE clippers, trimmers and shavers carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects and motor failure from the date of purchase. This sits on top of - not instead of, the statutory 6-month implied warranty of quality under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act described on the Returns page. Whichever gives you the stronger protection at any given time is the one that applies.

• Manufacturing defects.
• Motor failure under normal use.
• Faulty electrical components.

• Normal wear and tear, including blade dulling and cosmetic scuffing.
• Damage from misuse or drops.
• Water damage on non-waterproof models.
• Damage from unauthorised repair or modification.
• Damage caused by non-genuine replacement blades or parts.

Contact FXDE support with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a description of the fault. We'll confirm whether the issue is covered and the next step, repair, replacement, or referral to the defective-goods return process if you're within the first 6 months.
